I liked the pancake maker. They were cooked perfectly. The rooms were cozy and well insulated. Our dogs barely stirred when doors slammed in the hallway.

This hotel has everything you can ask for. The front desk staff are very personable and informative. I loved having complimentary coffee and water available. The breakfast that was included was very good, and the lady attendent did such a great job of replenishing everything. The rooms are beautiful and welcoming. We had a jacuzzi, fireplace, coffee machine, microwave and refridgerator in our room(excellent). The housekeeper did an excellent job of taking care of our room. We will definately be back. This hotel is wonderful and relaxing.

Breakfast was so so, powdered eggs that were salty on both mornings, the potatoes were cold both days, the pankcake maker was awesome though. our room was very nice and we could park not far from the entrance on that level. the fireplace and jacuzzi tub were awesome.

It was close to downtown and a 5 minute drive. I loved the rustic look and it was a homey log cabin type feel in the lobby.

I went on a solo vacation to explore Galena. I didn't want to stay downtown so I chose Stoney Creek. The front desk staff checked me in immediately and I went off to my room. The king room was very comfortable. Nice set up with the bathroom/closet. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well during my staff. They didn't have a lot of guests when I checked in, so the parking lot was wide open for me to move my car closer to my room. The breakfast was delicious! I didn't really need their staff but the person who organized the breakfast was very friendly! I'm not sure when I'll return to Galena, but I will certainly recommend friends to stay here. It's about 4 minutes away from the downtown area (shopping) and it sits next to a smaller strip mall with some restaurants/shopping. Super easy to find!

Excellent location in proximity to DT Galena. There was on going construction in the area but it was very easy to navigate and find where to go. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed at the end of the day, and not being high time, we had the whole pool room to ourselves. Very relaxing. The lounge and bar was cozy and adequately stocked. Staff was friendly. Perfect stay for a short time.

Great choices for breakfast, and I loved the breakfast room! Most of the time I take my breakfast back to the room, but I stayed because of the cozy cottage vibe. Loved the pool area! The hot tub was hot!! Seems like lots of hotels have "warm tubs." This was perfect after a day of hiking! The room was spotless, and we appreciated the pump soaps and lotions!

The room was very comfortable the bed was awesome. It was quiet. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. The pool was very nice.

The location was nice- only a few minutes from downtown and near the piggly wiggly and two Mexican restaurants! There was a pool and hot tub. I liked the breakfast each morning. It was easy to get around.
